Our dear John Hayden was just recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Lung Cancer (Squamous Cell Carcinoma).  John has a two inch tumor that is up against his esophagus, and wrapped around the pulmonary artery in his left lung.  This is preventing oxygen from getting into his left lung altogether, and has been causing him to become extremely short winded and out of breath, even after taking just a few steps.  He is not able to work at the moment, and will undergo radiation 5 days per week for 6 weeks, in addition to chemo, which will take place every Friday. 

This has been a complete shock to all of us, and we want to do everything we can to help him win this battle against cancer!!  Let's help him kick cancer in the but!!!  John is SO strong, and we all know he can do this!!  He is an amazing father to his three son's Nathan, Blake, and Nick, a wonderful husband to his wife Dale, an incredible grandfather to Daisy, and he has been like a second father to me.  John is ALWAYS doing so much for others whenever anyone else is in need, and now it is our time to help him!  Medical bills, co-pays, and other medical-related expenses are quickly adding up. 

By spreading the word about John's new diagnosis, and all the medical expenses that come along with it, I hope that we can all come together and donate to help relieve some of the financial strain his family will go through.  Every little penny will help!  No donation is too small!  We want John to get top-notch care, and we do not want him and his wife, Dale, to have to worry about the cost!  We just need John to go through his treatment, get rid of this tumor, and be healthy again!!!
