I am 35 years old with 4 kids and have triple negative breast cancer.

I am an insurance agent and notary. I am no longer able to work from all the side effects. I am very grateful to any assistance.

I should be done with treatments by Dec 11th and will then have surgery and radiation. I am just hopeful for some help to get us through this limited income at this time. Thank you
