Reduce Pollution From the Fashion Industry

Donation protected

Hi, I’m Charlotte and this year, I am a model for Trashion, a Durham University fashion show. I will be completing a 10k run and doing a beach clean up in support of this cause. Our aim is to shed light on the polluting effects of the fashion industry through showcasing sustainable garments made from waste material and repurposed fabrics, designed by students and sustainable fashion designers.
With your donation you're supporting the creation and development of PEP - the Pareto Eco Project.
PEP is an NGO initiative with the ambition to uild, within three years, a global digital platform dedicated to promoting ethical banks - those that restrict investments in fossil fuels and companies that harm biodiversity.
Under the PEP umbrella, several specialised projects are already underway:
>Tech 4 Wild - focused on investments that support biodiversity
>Tech 4 Climate - dedicated to investments in climate and energy transition.
Through the same NGO, they also plan to launch a major communications campaign titled "1 Million Avatars for the Planet". This campaign aims to raise awareness about body scanning technology as a tool to collect body metrics, helping the fashion industry improve sizing accuracy and reduce overproduction, potentially cutting its environmental impact by over 30%.
