The Simard family has recently endured a tragic loss. Scott Simard passed away unexpectedly leaving behind a family that will face many challenges. Scott was a lifelong Berlin resident. He and Kara had three wonderful sons; Duncan, Tristan and Conlan. The months and years ahead will bring many financial challenges to the family with Duncan and Tristan both in college and Conlan entering high school.

There have been many inquiries as to best way to help the family at this difficult time. Because of the overwhelming outpouring of love and the desire to support them, we have started this GoFundMe. We hope it to be a blessing upon them. We hope that the funds raised will alleviate some of their financial burdens and give them the space and time to grieve their loss. In addition, we hope it provides the stability that they need. Thank you for your generosity, support and love. Please keep them in your prayers.
