I have dealt with obesity my whole life. I have tried, time and time again, to lose weight and be healthy. As I have grown older, my body is refusing to cooperate and have terrible pain in my knees, hips, and shoulders after any activity. This has kept me from many activities I love. Now, I feel a battle for my existence is approaching. I am a teacher and a volunteer in my community. I would like to be able to keep doing both-for a long, long time. 
I will use any funds raised for a co-pay (if my insurance decides to cover the procedure), or a down payment. Any exceeding funds will be donated to Bariatric Funding charities to help save more lives. I want to see my kids have kids, so please help if you can.
