Support marks family

On the morning of Tuesday 29th March 2022 the Fradgley-Carter family woke up as normal, little did they know their lives would change forever in just a short while.

Mark left for work on his motorbike, but sadly was involved in a serious collision and never made it. Instead he was taken to Queens Medical Centre to undergo urgent surgery.

His pregnant wife Sammy and son Jake received the shocking news shortly after the accident, his daughter Leah was at school and unaware of her father’s condition.

Tragically, two days later, the family’s worst nightmare happened and Mark was confirmed to have sustained severe brain stem damage, which was unrecoverable. His children and wider family said their goodbyes and his wife Sammy, held him in her arms as his heart stopped beating.

Sammy and the children have been left heartbroken and devastated by Marks premature departure from this world.

Mark was a family man with so much to live for, he was a loving Husband and devoted Father and heartbreakingly he will never get to see his daughter enter this world in just a few months time, also a dear son and a fantastic brother.

Sammy, Jake and Leah are left to plan Marks funeral, at a time when they have no financial security and have a new baby arriving. Sammy, Leah and the broader family are also supporting Jake with his terminal cancer diagnosis....there is never a good time to lose a family member, but Marks death really could not have happened at a worse time for the family.

We know times are tough for everybody at the moment but anything big or small that you could contribute to help Sammy and the children give Mark the send off he deserves and to help to support his family would very much be appreciated.
