Isaiah's Cancer Recovery

Isaiah Domondon is 14 years old. He was a Quimby Oak student about to enter high school. He loves playing football and being an uncle to his two year old nephew.
He is a funny and loving all American kid.
Isaiah was on a camping trip , swimming when he stopped breathing and nearly drowned. His friend saw and tried to keep Isaiah above the water but nearly drowned himself,
Thankfully someone saw and pulled both boys out of the water. The paramedics asked him what happened and he said he was having trouble breathing. When they gave him an X-ray they saw a tumor pressed against his heart and left lung. Turns out Iasish has been living on one lung this whole time. They quickly transfered him to Standford hospital where they did their best to shrink the tumor but had no luck. His parents made a stressful choice and decided to preform emergency surgery. With Gods help they were able to remove 99% of the tumor but also found out it was cancerous - spindle sarcoma. This surgery took eight hours and he lost eight liters of blood.
Unfortunately, he still is left with 1% of this cancerous tumor.
This is one of the situations your not prepared for, financially and emotionally. Isaiah's parents have really felt the financial hit and have used up all vacation and sick days. Where do you go from here? How do you care for your sick child knowing that you have bills to pay - medical and living? That's why I'm hoping we can come together and help this family get through this.
The family is so greatful with any help they get. Life is so short and things can change in the blink of an eye. Hug your kids close to your heart.... life is short.
Thank you so much God bless..
