Hello everyone. First off I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. I set this up for my mom because I know she would never ask for help on her own. You see, my mom had a rough childhood and has seen some very hard times throughout her life. She has never complained and never asked for help from anyone. She has given to so many people in so many ways by giving time, money, food, a place to stay, a hug, a kind word and simple gifts. My mom is one of the strongest, most giving, caring, kind, gentle, hospitable, genuine people I know. Now I'm asking for your help in order to help her because again she has fallen on hard times. My dad hasn't worked in 4 years, my mom is a part-time librarian. Together they pay over $300 a month just in health insurance not to mention the other costs of living. My mom found out a couple months ago that she has 2 herniated discs in her neck and multiple throughout her back that are leaking fluid and causing massive, crippling migraines. She has been dealing with these migraines for 2 years, every single day. Just last month she had an ultrasound to look at a bump in her abdomen. After that an MRI was done and before you know it, here she is having surgery to remove a massive CANCEROUS tumor. During the surgery, the doctor took the lymph-nodes, uterus, ovaries and scraped the lining of her abdomen clean. The cancer started as ovarian cancer and quickly spread throughout the mid section of her body. She's been at the cancer center the last few days and will soon start 6 weeks of chemotherapy to make sure all the cancer is gone. She has already been off work for 2 weeks and won't be able to go back until after she's finished with chemo and cleared from her doctor. With my dad not working and her on NON-paid leave, the bills are going to begin piling up soon. She would file for bankruptcy before asking for any help from family and friends. I would love to bless her the way she's been a blessing to so many others. That's why I am here. I am kindly asking that if anyone has it in their heart to help my mom get through this hard time, you can donate. Every little bit helps. Anything that is received above and beyond what they need, she will donate to help other families in need. If you can not financially give, that's completely okay, in that case we ask for your prayers for her and our family, good thoughts and positive vibes. Thank you all.
