Hey everybody! I'm Devin Cousin, also known as "DevMaccc". I'm coming to you all today to ask for help.

My little brother and I are at risk of losing our childhood home due to foreclosure. Our mother passed away in 2021 after her 4th battle with breast cancer. Her health declined so quickly that a lot of financial business was not able to be taken care of, such as updating her life insurance, which expired a couple of weeks before she passed away.

These past 4 years have been difficult, adjusting to our new lives and keeping everything running as it should. Throughout these years, I have struggled numerous times to keep our house. I've unfortunately reached a point where I can no longer make things work alone. My family has done so much to help us throughout these years as well, but even their help is not enough for this challenge.

By December 4th, the bank will need $10,000, or else we will lose our home. The $10,000 will cover the past due mortgages, which is $8,700, reinstatement fee, and attorney fees.
