The initial donations that people made to assist Sammy months back are now exhausted.  Since that time, he has suffered another stroke which has caused a major setback in his progress.  He has recently been able to hire legal counsel to represent him for no up-front cost.  They will be working on getting him approved for assistance programs that he should be entitled to based on his poor health and inability to work.  Due to intense delays across the board caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the assistance they are pursing is going to be delayed for quite some time.  In addition, Sammy has been asked to leave his sister’s home and find residence elsewhere.  This is all extremely sad and unfortunate.  I know many of you donated in the past which helped him significantly.  I am asking that you kindly do it once more to help keep him afloat until his assistance programs hopefully get approved.
