Help Jermal Felix Get a Life-Saving Heart Transplant

This is Jermal Felix, a 20-year-old young man with his whole life ahead of him. Despite not having any history of drug abuse, Jermal was recently diagnosed with decompensated congestive heart failure. Jermal is currently being treated with several different heart medications but desperately needs a heart transplant. He lives in St. Lucia, so Jermal must travel internationally to receive a new heart, as the hospitals in St. Lucia are not equipped for such a procedure. Being placed on a donor list in a foreign country has its complications, with finances being the main one. Before Jermal can travel or be placed on a donor list, he must have all the funds for the procedure. Unfortunately, this is not an easy task for the family. We are earnestly asking for your help.
