My dog can't walk

This is my best friend baby. She is 4 years old and ive had her since she was a lil peanut. She is suspected to have meningitis which has completely immobilized her. None of her legs work at the moment but specialists are hoping that through medication and therapy, she'll be able to walk again. We have so much fun together and she deserves a chance to get better. She gets me out of bed everyday and we make each other so happy I don't wanna give up on her.
