”You have cancer” are words that you never dream of hearing. “You have stage 4 pancreatic cancer that has spread to your liver and is inoperable” is even worse. My THIRTY year old brother has been diagnosed with a nightmare disease. My brother has always been the life of the party, goes out of his way to make others smile and just is a good human.
