Rise of the Phoenix.
This is the story of Phoenix Weaver, the most amazing girl. I know when Phoenix was five years old she was in a bad car accident with her mother and grandmother in Nixa. Missouri. Phoenix is paralyzed from the neck down. Ventilator dependent. Left with just a one percent chance to live. Amazingly she suffered no brain damage. From getting T-bone at 70 miles an hour. By the grace of God Phoenix beat that one percent chance by learning how to talk with a ventilator. Phoenix was in and out of Children’s Hospital and. Ranken Jordan her whole childhood.
Phoenix was in the hospital for nine months due to the accident exactly one year she regained shoulder movement. She was the youngest and the first recipient in the state of Missouri to receive a diaphragmatic pacer. Phoenix had a hard road ahead of her, but it didn’t bother her none With her red hair and sass she had this….. Phoenix is an amazing beautiful 21 year-old who on February 8th 2025 Got the lastest flu virus and was hospitalized in Springfield, Missouri. This virus really took a toll on Phoenix. She was put on oxygen 4 L. Her lungs filled up with fluid. With her already being on a ventilator, it took a toll on her. We lost Phoenix four days later. on February 11 th the family had to make the devastating decision to take her off all life support Phoenix will be missed by everybody that’s ever met her. Her family is devastated and we just asked for help. For a beautiful funeral that she deserves at this time the family has no money to go towards the funeral. And prayers for the family would be greatly appreciated. I just feel like everybody needs to know the story of Phoenix Weaver, the bravest girl I know…..
