Hello,

My name is Leonor and I’m raising funds to support Maria’s recovery after a tragic gymnastics training accident that left her tetraplegic.

Gymnastics has always been a huge part of both of our lives, which makes this cause especially close to my heart. As someone who is also connected to the sport, I can only imagine how difficult it must be to go through something so life-changing while doing something you love so deeply.

Maria is an incredible athlete with a strong and determined mindset, and I truly believe that strength will continue to help her throughout her recovery journey. Recovery after an accident like this involves long-term treatment, rehabilitation, specialized care, and many challenges for both Maria and her family.

Through this fundraiser, I hope we can come together to support her, ease some of the financial pressure, and remind her that she is not facing this alone. Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference and will go directly toward Maria’s recovery and future care.
