Azuri's Funeral and Medical Expenses

Dear Friends and Family,

I am devastated to share news of the unexpected and tragic passing of my cousin Daria’s daughter, Azuri Cosby.

Sweet, beautiful Azuri was diagnosed with leukemia on February 8th and went to the Riley Children’s Hospital in Indiana for treatment. Daria and Azuri’s siblings, Chyann (23), Brian (18), Dillan (14), Eli (12), and Faith (age 3) were by her side every day. Sadly, Azuri never returned home to her family, and on Saturday, February 24th at the age of 9 years old, Azuri lost her short, valiant battle with the disease.

Daria is a single mother who had to stop working to be with Azuri, and because Azuri didn’t have a life insurance policy, there are currently not enough resources to cover all of the funeral and remaining medical expenses.
