Our 27 year old son, Azriel, has faced more challenges than most in his young life and he has battled through them all. Azriel rarely smiles. That’s not because he’s depressed or despondent. In fact, Azriel has a very positive outlook and a zest for life. Azriel doesn’t smile because he’s embarrassed. After more than a decade of treatments and oral surgeries, he has only six teeth remaining in his upper jaw and now requires a full upper-jaw dental reconstruction.

Thanks to an incredible team of oral surgeons, Azriel has a chance to regain his confidence and smile again! ✨ The road ahead is long and painful, with weeks of healing but Azriel is ready – and he's got an amazing support squad of family and friends by his side.

The oral surgical team has generously discounted their services to get this extremely expensive and sensitive surgical process down to $19,500.
