Our beloved Fernando Ocampo recently passed on Saturday 02.12.22. Fernando was a wonderful father and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind; his wife, children, and large extended family.

A man led by his beliefs, Fernando always strived to treat those around him with empathy and friendship. He was a dedicated deacon of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church who loved the Lord.

He loved to watch soccer even when his kids begged him to change the channel. Fernando made sure to always stay active, from playing soccer during his lunch breaks to working the land on his peach farm. Over the years, he would always say with conviction, "I'm still running!"

We are all devastated by this loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. However, we want to give our father the funeral he deserves, honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of his funeral. We need to raise $10,000 to afford the funeral service.

Nuestro querido Fernando Ocampo falleció recientemente el sábado 02.12.22. Fernando fue un maravilloso padre y amigo que tocó la vida de quienes lo rodeaban. Él deja atrás; su esposa, hijos y familia numerosa.

Un hombre guiado por sus creencias, Fernando siempre se esforzó por tratar a quienes lo rodeaban con empatía y amistad. Era un diácono que amaba al Señor y fue dedicado a la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día.

Le encantaba ver fútbol incluso cuando sus hijos le rogaban que cambiara de canal. Fernando se aseguró de mantenerse siempre activo, desde jugar fútbol durante su almuerzo hasta trabajar la tierra en su granja de duraznos. A lo largo de los años, siempre decía con convicción: "¡Todavía estoy corriendo!".

Todos estamos devastados por esta pérdida y no estábamos preparados para el alto costo de un servicio funerario. Sin embargo, queremos darle a nuestro padre el funeral que se merece, honrar su memoria y darle nuestro último adiós.

Actualmente estamos solicitando donaciones para ayudar a cubrir el costo de su funeral. Necesitamos recaudar $10,000 para pagar el servicio funerario.
