Dear Family, Friends and Members of Our Community,

On Wednesday, February 15th, 2023 our beloved Azilde "Tina" Blanc lost her fight with COVID-19 and Cancer. She has moved on to be with the Lord; leaving an unmeasurable hole in the hearts of those she left behind. Azilde was and always will be remembered as a loving and beautiful person (inside and out) to everyone in her presence.

At the beginning of February 2022, Azilde was diagnosed with Cancer and would soon start Chemo/Radiation treatment in hopes to rid herself of the disease. After multiple rounds of treatment which ended in June 2022; she and her family were hopeful for a cancer-free and healthy life ahead. Unfortunately, the taxing treatment had lasting adverse effects on the body which made it difficult for her to fully recover. In February 2023 she was admitted to the hospital with complications from COVID-19 which in combination with Cancer caused her untimely death.

Azilde was a devout Christian and Minister who was a member of her church for over 25+ years. Her purpose in life was to speak the word of God and live for her family. She wanted everyone to know God was in their hearts. Many days and nights were spent speaking to people in need which included outreach to rehabilitation programs, prisons and the community. She touched the lives of everyone she met with authentic love and will eternally be missed.

The Blanc Family is devastated by the loss of Azilde and was not fully prepared for the high cost of the funeral and burial service. Her family wishes to provide Azilde with the memorial and burial she deserves; to honor her memory and say their last goodbyes to her. We are currently asking for donations to assist with the cost of Azilde's funeral. We are hoping to raise $10,000 by Sunday, February 26th to be able to cover all costs. We are eternally grateful for every donation made to help the family lessen the burden during this unimaginably difficult time.
