I was diagnosed with Testicular cancer. I want to thank all of my family, friends, coaches, and everyone that reached out with kind words. I’m so thankful for all the prayers! reading the comments, text messages and hearing the different voicemails from everyone I feel so blessed. All This love helped me stay positive and focus on Gods plan and kept me calm. This week has been a shock. I didn’t really know how to handle my emotions at first when hearing that I have cancer. My surgery went well and the process was more than I could ever imagine. I’m thankful for all the nurses and Doctors that looked me in my eyes and told me the truth I felt safe. God is amazing!  I never questioned him I never said why me. I took the news and trusted him to get me through. I was able to go home after surgery and I’m in some serious pain at the moment to be honest. I’m mentally strong, but physically it’s hard to walk and get up out the bed I can’t even pick up nothing more than 30 pounds. I can’t go to work and provide. I can’t do anything strenuous for 6-8 weeks and during this time I have to put sperm in a bank before I start chemotherapy, because it can effect my fertility and being a dad is one my biggest goals. I was embarrassed to say this, but this is reality my left testicle was removed and my confidence took a minor blow. Lord I will never wish for another life because the one you gave me is amazing no matter what obstacles that faces me. I feel you in my corner because I know how powerful you are. I’m blessed and I’m grateful for my life. MEN if something is wrong please don’t be scared to tell someone and go get a check up! I was fortunate to get this handled  early and it’s going to save my life. I created this go fund me page because my life has changed dramatically and it’s been very hard for me to ask for help.
