Azazel's heart needs our help

When we first saw Azazel, she wasn't just another kitten. She was the one nobody wanted.

She is a tiny, fragile creature with a huge problem—a severe heart condition called pulmonary stenosis. Veterinarians we consulted told us there was nothing to be done, and that her future was, at best, a short one.

Most people would have walked away in the first place, but we couldn't. We saw a kitten who just needed to be loved, and we knew we had to give her a chance. We brought her home, determined to make every moment count, for however long she had.

We spent our days cherishing her, watching her play and purr, and our hearts would ache with the fear of losing her. We love her so much that we simply couldn't accept the idea of her life being cut short by a condition that, in a perfect world, could be fixed. We just couldn't give up on her.

So, we started searching. We found a specialized veterinary center that gave us hope. They told us that Azazel could be saved with a surgery called pulmonary valvuloplasty. This procedure could give her a chance at a long, normal, and happy life.

But a miracle comes at a price. The surgery is incredibly expensive for us, costing between €4,000 and €5,000, depending on what the surgeons discover. It's a sum we just don't have.
