My son Azarel Tye Michael Tarasenko - Dodd has sadly passed away on the 17th of October due to the Woman’s & Children’s faults and lack of miscommunication and professional medical skills. His death had made it the 4th death in the cases of the those other 3 babies whom had also sadly & tragically passed away due to the cardiologist team, doctors & PICU Units Failure at the woman’s and children’s hospital. I’m only doing this fundraiser to hopefully help give my perfect angel Baby A beautiful send of. One he deserves, a beautiful send off for his big brother & sister to see as heart shattering as if so right now. Any amount donated, I highly appreciate! I hope I get the justice & a beautiful send off mine & Andrews son deserves. He had a long life a head of him but god had called home to heaven way too quickly. 07.10.2020- 17.10.2020 Azarel deserves so much more, our broken family deserved so much more
