Azalia Lucero's MS Treatment
Hello Friends and Family, my name is Lisa Lucero, I am a mother of 3 incredible children. My oldest son, Marcel, married an amazing young lady, Azalia, in 2008. They have 2 beautiful children. My grandson, Andre, was diagnosed with Autism in 2012. Despite his disability, as parents, they strive to help Andre experience life as any other child would. As a family they love swimming, dancing, singing, hiking, amusment parks and traveling. On September 22, 2016 Azalia, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis(MS). This devastating autoimmune disease, has left her with severe pain, Cognitive issues(i.e. memory delay, judgement, and reasoning challenges), extreme fatigue, numbness and tingling throughout her body, charlie horse sensations, migranes, and light sensitivity which causes her to wear sunglasses daily. Azalia is no longer capable of driving. Her mobility is very limited. She now relys on her walker and/or wheelchair based on distance and fatigue. Azalia's MRI's show she has multiple lesions on her brain, in her neck and spinal cord. On September 26, 2016, Azalia started a 3 day treatment of high doses of IV steriods. The next day, Azalia was rushed to the E.R. and admitted into the hospital for 8 days due to reaction from treatment. She continues to suffer from these painful symptoms and is currently receiving care at home and traveling back and forth to Stanford Medical Center. Azalia has tested positive for the JC Virus, with taking some common MS medications, it can lead to a fatal disease called PML that could lead to death within months of diagnosis. Due to the fact that this can develop at anytime, I am asking, if able, to please donate, and help send my daughter-in-law to the Whitaker Wellness Institute Medical Clinic in New Port Beach, CA, for a natural extensive 3 week treatment. If we could please get her in as soon as possible, we can help delay her disease progression. They provide safe and natural healing therapies. My family and I would like to take this time to Thank You in advance for your donations and support, and please know that we genuinely apprecitate it. I will keep you all up to date on Azalia's progress. We know that we can not obtain perfection in this current system of things, so we pray to Jehovah, for her to receive this treatment that can help get her back on her feet in hopes to continue on living a productive and improved healthier life again as a wife, mother, family member and friend. Please keep Azalia and the family in your prayers. Again thank you again for all your support. If you have any questions, concerns, or helpful information please feel free to reach out.
