On July 28th, 2016, in the back of a van en route to the ER, Azalea Pearl was brought Earthside into her Mama's loving arms.
Born at 33 weeks, and with an intestinal injury requiring immediate surgery, Azalea is spending some time healing her body in the care of the capable and wonderful team at Nationwide Children's Hospital NICU.
Azalea's parents, Aaron and Tricia, own The Well; a Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurant in Lancaster, Ohio. The duo is the mastermind behind much of the goodness served there - waking early to prepare the ingredients freshly and by hand for their guests that day. Their input is crucial for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
During this busy and blessed time in their lives, however, 'The Well' remains closed. Their focus is solely on seeing sweet Azalea through to full recovery. Which is such a huge blessing, but also their income.
I'm creating this GoFundMe to ask for help on their behalf. My goal is to collectively raise $10,000 with you. Funds to bless this family. Funds they can put towards expenses that arise from the surprise beautiful birth of darling Azalea Pearl.
