MODRN MEDICIN is a space that incorporates a holistic approach to wellness through the practice of yoga, fitness, plant-based nutrition, therapeutic workshops and herbal remedies. We are passionate about creating a sacred gathering space that is all inclusive and educational for the community of San Diego. Our mission is to redefine medicine. We seek to empower our community with alternative paths to wellness through the healing powers of plants and movement.
We are creating the first integrative, modern healing center in San Diego offering a comprehensive approach to wellness by prioritizing nutrition, intelligent movement, mental health, and self-care. MM will host educational workshops on plant powered nutrition in addition to holistic healing practices including yoga, meditation, breathwork, acupuncture, reiki, and sound healing.
Imagine strolling into your favorite neighborhood yoga studio. Your eyes dance with every texture, color and curve on your path into the space. You are greeted by the warm smile of your teacher that calls you by name. She hands you a complementary towel, and you continue to walk into a studio inspired by nature and synergy. Your senses are invigorated by the grounding smell of san palo and lemongrass. You make eye contact with a diverse room filled with familiar friendly faces. The next 60 minutes include a movement experience that awakens every part of your mind, body and spirit. Or, you decide the perfect place to host your book club is the Apothe-Cafe of Modrn Medicin.
