Hello, my name is Samantha del Carmen Castillo, some of you might know me as Samiel Valley or EldritchValley. I'm originally from Texas but I became a Mexican citizen at 13. In this moment I find myself in an emergency situation in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, México. As my mother has kept me locked up for 11 years in a house with deplorable conditions without giving me any chance to go out, work or meet any new people as she has denied me to do so.

For 11 years she hid me from the world, she lied to my family that I had died and has been using me only to get money from family members which she would spend all in things she doesn't even need as well.

My mother denied me the opportunity to continue with my studies, denied me medical and psychological help, she denied me freedom, privacy and in her head everything that is mine is not mine and only her's not even my legal document like my birth certificate or my social security number.

At the moment I don't count with an INE (Mexican ID) that I need to work, vote, and be able to open a bank account of my own as she denied me to get one in the first place so many times claiming it would never help me.

My mother still believes I'm a child and refuses to let me grow, she lives under the wrong idea that women shouldn't work, she believes that it's good for a mother or father to beat up their children and like you see in the picture she has hurt me physically as well.

Everyday her abuses become worse and worse and I fear for my life. I have struggled to get help and struggled to get in contact to family members just to learn that they don't want to help me.

I have suffered many types of abuse: hitting, threats, blackmailing, mocking, stealing, deprivation of liberty, invasion to my privacy.

My mother has also threaten family members and has stolen their belongings. She's not only a danger to me but to others as well.

I don't know how much longer I will be able to handle this, my mother has become more violent each time and the police doesn't answer me which I believe is because she has made multiple fake calls against neighbors and other people, I fear for my life and I fear that she'll kill me once I'm not useful for her.

I will need funds so I can get a bus ticket to my dad's who lives in another city, fix the light of the room my dad is offering me to stay in, psychological help and to be able to go to a doctor as I believe something is wrong with my heart, I also need it to be able to send my mother to a mental institute as she's a danger to everyone and herself.

Hola, mi nombre es Samantha del Carmen Castillo, algunos de ustedes me conocerán por Samiel Valley o EldritchValley. soy originaria de Texas pero me volví ciudadana mexicana a los 13. Actualmente me encuentro en una situación de emergencia en la ciudad de Victoria, Tamaulipas, México. ya que por 11 años mi Madre me a mantenido encerrada bajo llave en una casa con condiciones deplorables sin la oportunidad de salir, trabajar or conocer personas ya que me a negado esa oportunidad.

Por 11 años ella me ocultó del mundo exterior, le mintió a mis familiares de que yo había muerto y solamente me utilizó para que mis familiares le entregarán dinero que siempre se gastó en cosas que nunca necesito.

Mi madre me negó seguir con mis estudios, me negó atención psicológica y medica, me negó libertad, privacidad y en su cabeza nada que sea mío me pertenece ni siquiera mis documentos oficiales, como el acta de nacimiento y número de seguro social.

Al momento no cuento con un INE (identificación mexicana) que necesito para trabajar, votar, y poder abrir una cuenta de banco propia ya que me negó el conseguir una en primer lugar constantemente diciendo que eso jamás me iba a ayudar.

Mi Madre cree que todavía soy una niña y se rehúsa a dejarme crecer, ella vive bajo la errónea idea de que las mujeres no deberían trabajar, ella cree que está bien que un padre o madre golpeé a sus hijos y como verán a mí me llega a hacer daño físico como muestra en las fotos.

Cada día sus abusos se vuelven peores y temo por mi vida. E batallado en conseguir ayuda y batallé para lograr contactarme con mis familiares solo para escuchar que no quieren ayudarme.

E sufrido de varios tipos de abuso: golpes, amenazas, chantajes, burlas, robos, privación de la libertad, invasión a mi privacidad.

Mi madre también a llegado a amenazar familiares y robado sus pertenencias. Ella es un peligro no solo para mí pero para los que la rodean también

No se por cuanto tiempo más logre aguantar, mi madre se a vuelto cada vez más violenta y la policía no me contesta ya que ella a llegado a hacer múltiples llamadas falsas en contra de vecinos y otras personas, temo por mi vida y siento que me va a matar una vez que ya no le sea útil.

Voy a necesitar donaciones para así lograr tomar un autobús hacia l casa de mi papá que vive en otra ciudad, para arreglar la luz de la habitación que me ofreció para poder alojarme, ayuda psicológica y poder ir al doctor ya que siento que algo anda mal con mi corazón, también lo voy a necesitar para poder enviar a mi madre a un instituto mental ya que ella es un peligro para todos y ella misma.
