Buenas tardes, días o noches a cualquier persona que se haya detenido a leer sobre mi campaña. Les hablaré un poco sobre mi. Mi nombre es Antonella Ariadna Castorani Betancourt, tengo 12 añitos de edad, nací en Caracas, Venezuela.
Mi hogar está constituido por mis Padres, Jhonny Castorani y Selena Betancourt los cuales amo mucho al igual que a mis otros 3 hermanos, Jhonny Castorani de 26 años, Victor Castorani 17 años y Anaida Castorani de 2 años, ellos son mi adoración. Estoy actualmente cursando 6to grado de educación básica.
Ahora que conocen un poco más de mí, les hablaré de la razón de esta campaña. Desde Noviembre 2019 comencé a presentar convulsiones empecé a asistir a doctores y realizar infinidad de exámenes. Había muchas opiniones de los doctores, algunos decían que era por el desarrollo que con medicamento podía controlar y otros decían que necesitaba más estudios para detectar un posible tumor cerebral.
Desde Abril de este año 2020 varios Neurólogos especialistas en área, se reunieron y me diagnosticaron:
Tumor Cerebral ubicado debajo de un área del cerebro llamada la silla turca en el lóbulo temporal de modo que este tumor al presionar dicha área puede ocasionar convulsiones pudiendo afectar mi memoria, mis miedos y percepción de mis sentidos motores. Las convulsiones fueron controladas con medicamentos pero ya no hay manera de controlarlo ya que el tumor persiste en ocasionar convulsiones.
Para lograr que se detengan las convulsiones requería de una intervención quirúrgica para extraer dicho tumor, los doctores evaluaron muy bien mi caso y al ver que ya las convulsiones ni los medicamentos podían pararlas decidieron ayudarnos hablando con el Servicio Comunitario de la Clínica (Centro Medico Docente la Trinidad) logrando de esta manera que realizaran la operación lo más pronto posible y quedáramos pagando el costo de la operación la cual fue bastante delicada pero todo salió muy pero muy bien, gracias a Dios.
Doctores fueron muy bondadosos conmigo y lograron realizarme la operación de manera exitosa, en estos momentos estoy recuperándome, ya que tengo síntomas post operación, dolores, inflamación y otros síntomas que de acuerdo a los doctores es totalmente normal.
Lo que nos preocupa y es por esto que tenemos esta campaña es el pago que debemos realizarle a la Clínica (Centro Medico Docente la Trinidad) por los costos de operación, por cómo pueden ver en el presupuesto, el costo de la operación es bastante elevado, aún no contamos con la factura final de la operación pero apenas la tengamos la colocaremos aquí, queremos ser bien transparentes con todos porque la ayuda que solicitamos es porque de verdad no contamos con los recursos para costear esa operación tan costosa, sabemos que hay muchos ángeles en este mundo que nos ayudarán.

Good afternoon, day or night to anyone who has stopped to read about my campaign. I'll tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Antonella Ariadna Castorani Betancourt, I am 12 years old, I was born in Caracas, Venezuela.

Now that I know a little more about myself, I will tell you about the reason for this campaign. Since November 2019 I began to present seizures, I began to attend doctors and I did countless exams. We have had many opinions from the doctors, some said it was because of the development that with the medicine it could control and others said that we would need more studies to detect a possible brain tumor.
Since April of this year 2020 several Neurologists specialists in the area, met and diagnosed me:
Brain tumor located under an area of the brain called the sella turcica in the temporal lobe, so that when this area is pressed, this tumor can cause seizures, affecting my memory, my fears and the perception of my motor senses. The seizures were controlled with medication but there is no longer a way to control it and the tumor persists in causing seizures.
In order to stop the seizures required from a surgical intervention to remove this tumor, the doctors evaluated my case very well and when they saw that they already have the seizures or the medications that stopped, they decided to help us talk to the Community Service of the Clinic (La Trinidad Medical Teaching Center) thus achieving that they perform the operation as soon as possible and we were left paying the cost of the operation which was quite delicate but everything went very, very well, thank God.
Doctors were very kind to me and managed to perform the operation successfully, I am currently recovering, since I have symptoms after the operation, pain, inflammation and other symptoms that according to the doctors is totally normal.
What worries us and that is why we have this campaign is the payment that we must make to the Clinic (La Trinidad Medical Teaching Center) for the operation costs, for how you can see the budget, the cost of the operation is quite high, We still do not have the final invoice of the operation but as soon as we have it we will place it here, we want to be very transparent with everyone because the help we request is because we really do not have the resources to pay for that expensive operation, we know that there are many angels in this world that help us.
