Ayudemos a Zaida a vencer al cáncer

Hola. Soy Matilde Galván y estoy reuniendo fondos para ayudar a mi hermana Zaida Galván en su lucha contra el cáncer.

Zaida tiene 69 años, vive en Cancún, Quintana Roo, México.

Hace unos meses se le encontró un tumor en la mama izquierda, clasificado como BI-RADS 5, de alta probabilidad de malignidad. La biopsia demostró carcinoma invasor grado intermedio. Se le practicó una TAC de tórax y se encontraron otros dos tumores, uno en la parte superior del pulmón izquierdo, abarcando los dos lóbulos, y el otro en el mediastino que engloba las arterias aorta y pulmonar, así como los nervios esofágicos.

Es urgente que se realicen biopsias de ambos, las cuales se harán con sedación y en hospital, así como los estudios patológicos y de inmunohistoquímica indicados.

Con toda esta información se podrá decidir el tipo y orden de tratamientos de radioquimioterapias y cirugías necesarios.

Tanto los estudios como los tratamientos son costosos, por lo que los fondos recaudados se emplearán en cubrir los gastos de honorarios médicos, hospitalizaciones, estudios que se requieran y todos los tratamientos.

Mi hermana Zaida es una mujer generosa, solidaria y profundamente querida por quienes la rodeamos. Siempre ha estado dispuesta a ayudar a los demás, y hoy necesita que estemos a su lado. Desde el corazón de Zaida y de toda su familia, gracias por sostenernos en este momento difícil.

With deep hope and solidarity, we turn to you to urgently request financial support for our dear Zaida Galván, who is currently facing a delicate and complex health situation. Zaida is 69 years old and lives in Cancun, Mexico.

Recently, Zaida was diagnosed with an illness that requires immediate and specialized medical attention.

Initially, a tumor was found in the left breast classified as BI-RADS 5, indicating a very high probability of malignancy. The biopsy confirmed an intermediate-grade invasive carcinoma, and immunohistochemistry revealed a high rate of spread.

A chest CT scan was ordered, which revealed two additional tumors: one located in the upper area of the left lung, involving both lobes and showing extensive branching; and another located in the mediastinum, highly extensive and surrounding the aorta and pulmonary arteries, as well as esophageal nerves.

Biopsies of both tumors have been requested, which will require sedation and hospitalization. The samples must undergo pathological and immunohistochemical studies.

With all this information, the type and sequence of treatments to be followed will be established: radiochemotherapy and necessary surgeries.

The funds requested will be used to cover hospital expenses, medical fees, clinical analyses, and the treatments that will be determined after the biopsy results.

Zaida is a generous, compassionate woman who is deeply loved by those around her. She has always been ready to help others, and today she needs us by her side.
