Estamos creando esta campaña con el corazón en la mano para ayudar a nuestra madre, una mujer valiente que ha enfrentado la vida con una fuerza admirable.

En 2019, nuestra madre fue diagnosticada con cáncer, tras largos meses de tratamiento venció una dura batalla. Pensamos que lo peor había quedado atrás, pero lamentablemente, desde entonces ha sufrido secuelas que han afectado gravemente su cadera.

Actualmente nuestra madre sufre de un desgaste severo en la cadera, lo que le impide caminar sin dolor o valerse por si misma, verla así, después de todo lo que ha luchado es profundamente doloroso.

A comienzos de este año, tuvo que ser operada de urgencia para realizarle un lavado de cadera, debido a una bacteria que se alojó en esa zona. Aunque superó esa cirugía, el desgaste ha sido tal que hoy necesita con urgencia un trasplante de cadera.

Sin esta operación, nuestra madre no podrá volver a caminar con normalidad ni recuperar su calidad de vida. Cada día que pasa se hace más difícil para ella moverse y el dolor es constante.

El costo del trasplante, junto con los gastos médicos asociados, supera nuestras posibilidades económicas. Por eso hoy pedimos tu ayuda. Cada aporte, por pequeño que parezca, es un paso más para que Venus vuelva a ponerse de pie.

We are creating this campaign with our hearts in our hands to help our mother—a brave woman who has faced life with admirable strength.

In 2019, our mother was diagnosed with cancer. After many long months of treatment, she overcame that difficult battle. We thought the worst was behind us, but unfortunately, she has since suffered lasting effects that have severely damaged her hip.

Today, our mother is living with severe hip deterioration, which prevents her from walking without pain or taking care of herself independently. Watching her like this—after everything she has fought through—is deeply painful.

Earlier this year, she had to undergo an urgent hip cleaning surgery due to a bacterial infection in the area. Although she made it through the surgery, the damage is now so advanced that she urgently needs a hip transplant.

Without this operation, our mother will not be able to walk normally again or regain her quality of life. Each day that passes, it becomes harder for her to move, and the pain is constant.

The cost of the transplant, along with the associated medical expenses, is beyond what we can afford. That’s why we’re asking for your help. Every contribution—no matter how small—is a step closer to helping Venus stand on her own two feet again.
