Mi nombre es Mirla Guerra soy Bioanalista y resido en la ciudad de Maracaibo, desde hoy en la manana mi hijo Ricardo Arturo Vargas Guerra de 19 anos, ya previamente diagnosticado y tratado diabetico tipo I presento un cuadro de cetoacidosis diabetica debido a la falta de insulina por dos dias. Ricky como todos lo llamamos de carino, se encuentra en la UCI del CCMPZ (el dia entre gastos y medicinas valorado en USD $5000) debido a que sus valores aun no son lo suficientemente estables como para ser pasado a una habitacion. Por este motivo requerimos de toda ayuda posible de amigos, familiares y conocidos de Ricky en este momento tan dificil economicamente para la familia. como todos sabemos la situación en Venezuela no es la mas favorable en cuando a la salud y se nos hace muy dificil a mis familia y a mi encontrar los recursos que se requieren para seguir con los gastos que nos piden para la hospitalización y tratamientos que le necesitan hacer a Ricky, el por su condicion tampoco a sido aceptado en los planes de seguros medicos.

Since this morning, my son Ricardo Arturo Vargas Guerra, 19 years old, already prediagnosed and treated with diabetes type I presented a severe Diabetic ketoacidosis stage due to the lack of insulin in his body for 2 days. Ricky, as we family call him, is currently interned in ICU of a clinic in Maracaibo (CCMPZ) which each day we have to pay the clinic USD $5000 (clinic, facilities and medicine fees) cash since Ricky does not have insurance because of his condition in Venezuela, insurance do not accept him. It is well known my country's situation and to us as a family this has affected us financially and that is why we find this way to ask all of our friends and family for a hand this time for our beloved Ricky.
