Una ayuda para Raquel Gonzalez..!!
Nuestra prima, hija, hermana, amiga y orfebre, Raquel Gonzalez, fue diagnosticada el 24 de Noviembre del 2020 con LINFOMA NO HODGKIN Inmunofenotipo Tipo B, post exeresis de masa de nódulo axilar izquierdo y región paraesternal izquierda, según estudio Inmunohistoquimico IH 2024845. Para combatir este Linfoma No Hodgkin su Médico Tratante: Hematólogo Oncologo indica un proceso de Quimioterapias ocho (08) Ciclos con R-CHOP y los cuales finalizaron el 10 de junio del presente año.
En Tomografía (TAC) de Torax de control antes, durante el cuarto Ciclo y posterior al octavo Ciclo de Quimioterapia, se concluye que hubo buenas respuesta hasta el cuarto ciclo con disminución de la masa prevascular sagital derecho y paresternal izquierdo y posterior al cuarto ciclo y finalizacion del tratamiento aún persiste masa tumoral.
Ahora amerita con suma URGENCIA por el estado de la patología oncologica: Tratamiento de Radioterapias Externa a las áreas afectadas (región paraesternal, axila y fsc izquierda) para suministrar mayor radiación al lecho Tumoral persistente. (Se anexa Informe Médico y Presupuesto). Adicional a estas Radioterapias requiere de exámenes de laboratorio para ir midiendo sus valores clínicos.
Las limitantes económicas y carencias en el sistema de salud de Venezuela, hacen cuesta arriba poder costear los gastos de dicho tratamiento de Radioterapias y estudios que se deben realizar para monitorear su evolución y que Raquel este totalmente sana. Las Radiaciones deben realizarse de inmediato, y lamentablemente ella no cuenta con la capacidad de reunir la cantidad de dinero necesaria para su tratamiento en tan poco tiempo, y hay que actuar de inmediato ante este Linfoma.
