Ayudemos a JAN! - Please help JAN to live cáncer free!

I’m Jan Cesar Acevedo Pedrique, Venezuelan living in Argentina about 6 years ago. I came to this beautiful country looking for a better future and opportunities as all immigrants do ,but everything changed suddenly in March 2024, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with colon cancer. (WELL DIFFERENTIATED ADENOCARCINOMA). The biopsy showed: "...proliferation of atypical epithelial cells that constitute tubular formations with irregular nuclei, granular chromatin, nucleoli and focal necrosis..." Since then I’ve seen how my life has changed and how my health has progressively deteriorated.

This fight has been really hard, I’m currently confined, I’ve been admitted to emergency room because of constant evacuations and a strong urine infection, I recently had an emergency surgery (not expected) where they did a colostomy since my colon and bladder got worse and with this my chemotherapy and radiotherapy has been stopped until I got better to start them again…

My work income has been stopped Since all these conditions and situation I’m not able to go back to work I’m feeling weak, it’s hard for me to walk, and I don’t even have the energy and strength to do daily task.

I’m blessed to have my family and my mother who has support me and has never leave my side but now I’m facing a difficult financial situation. I can’t afford or reach my monthly expenses, medicines, food, etc. Which gives me more stress and major concern cause we have not even move forward with treatment and surgery.

Despite all this hard time and adversity, I don’t lose hope. I have a profound desire to win this battle and have my life back to enjoy it with my son who has only 4 years and is my mayor reason to keep alive.

That’s why today I ask for your help, with your collaboration, sharing, donating I can keep fighting, I can continue with medical my treatments without interruptions. Your help and support no matter how much you can donate will be absolutely invaluable for me to keep fighting for my recovery.

Soy Jan Cesar Acevedo Pedrique un venezolano viviendo en Argentina desde hace 6 años. Vine a este hermoso país en busca de un mejor futuro como cualquier inmigrante y todo cambio de un momento a otro. En marzo del 2024, mi vida dio un giro inesperado al ser diagnosticado con un cáncer de colon (ADENOCARCINOMA BIEN DIFERENCIADO) La biopsia arrojo: "... proliferación de células epiteliales atípicas que constituyen formaciones tubulares con núcleos irregulares, cromatina granular, nucleolos y necrosis focal..." . Desde entonces he visto como mi vida ha ido cambiando y como mi salud ha ido desmejorando progresivamente.

La batalla ha sido dura, actualmente me encuentro recluido, porque me ingresaron de emergencia, ya que tenía constantes evacuaciones y una fuerte infección urinaria, me realizaron una operación de emergencia donde me hicieron una colostomía ya que mi colon y vejiga empeoraron. Suspendiendo de momento mis tratamientos de quimioterapia y radioterapia, hasta poder estabilizarme.

Actualmente estoy imposibilitado para trabajar y generar ingresos para mis gastos. Me es difícil caminar, aunque sea unos cuantos pasos, ya que no cuento con la fuerza suficiente para hacer tareas básicas.

Afortunadamente, he contado con la ayuda de mi familia, en especial Mi madre que no se ha separado ni un momento de mi lado, pero ahora me encuentro en una difícil situación económica. No puedo solventar mis gastos básicos, medicamentos, comida, entre otros, lo que me genera una gran preocupación, ya que aún no hemos avanzo en el tratamiento y la cirugía.

A pesar de todas las dificultades que hemos pasado, no pierdo las esperanza. Tengo muchas ganas de ganar esta batalla y retomar mi vida para disfrutar de mi pequeño hijo que apenas tiene 4 años el cual mi mayor motor para seguir con vida.

Es por eso que acudo a tu ayuda, con tu colaboración, tu ayuda compartiendo, puedo seguir esta batalla y continuar con mi tratamiento médico sin interrupciones. Tu aporte sin importar la cantidad será invaluable para seguir luchando por mi recuperación.
