Hola mi nombre es Isabella Núñez, mi papa Gustavo ha estado luchando contra el cáncer durante los últimos 5 años. El Cancer se extendió por todo su cuerpo, comenzó a partir de su ureter se translado a los pulmones y luego al cerebro, con la ayuda de los tratamientos y cirugías su vida era lo más normal dentro de lo posible. Desde enero ha tenido problemas para caminar y hace dos semanas descubrimos que ahora tiene cáncer en los nervios de su columna vertebral que ha cambiado considerablemente su estilo de vida. Esto le ha llevado a estar paralizado desde la cintura hacia abajo, además de afectar el sistema urinario. Desde el comienzo de la pandemia, mi papa no ha podido trabajar. Con este nuevo reto, mi familia esta necesitada de una camioneta para discapacitados para llevarlo a sus citas medicas al igual que una silla de ruedas eléctrica. Significaría el mundo si usted pudiese dar tan solo un granito de arena para ayudarle a sentirse mas a gusto e independiente mientras lucha contra este cáncer. En casa hemos estado cuidándolo lo mas posible mientras trabajamos y estudiamos. Gustavo ha sido y es una persona muy positiva y luchadora a lo largo de todo esto. The Cancer has been spreading throughout his body, it started on his ureter moved to the lungs then brain, with the help of treatments and surgery's his life was able to be as normal as possible. Since January he's been having issues walking and two weeks ago we found out he now has cancer in his spine which has changed his life style significantly. This has caused him to be paralyzed from the waist down -as well as disturbing his bowl system. Since the start of the pandemic Gustavo hasn't been able to work. With this new challenge Gustavo is in need of a handicap van to transport him to his medical appointments as well as a electric wheelchair. It would mean the world for anyone to put as little as a dollar to help him be able to feel alive and independent while battling with this cancer. My family and I have been taking care of him as much as we can while working and studying. Any help would be appreciated.Gustavo is and has been a very positive and strong person throughout all of this.
