En los últimos meses mi mamá Eduviges ha tenido muchos problemas con dolor en su espalda que le impiden caminar bien. Luego de una serie de exámenes el diagnóstico exacto es: Estenosis Espinal Severa

Mi mami necesita una cirugía en la espalda, en la cual se le colocarán implantes que la ayudarán a estabilizar su columna para poder retomar sus actividades normales. De lo contrario, eventualmente mi mamá ya no podrá caminar!

Lamentablemente, el costo de la cirugía está fuera de nuestro alcance, y aunque el seguro médico cubre una parte del costo, no podemos cubrir el resto, además de los tratamientos postoperatorios para que ella se recupere por completo y pueda caminar sin dolor.

Como muchas personas que conocemos, ahora es nuestro turno. Nos vemos en la necesidad de pedir colaboración de nuestra familia, amigos y conocidos. Sabemos cuánto aprecio y amor tienen por mi mamá y por nosotras, y muchos de ustedes han estado ahí para nosotras en numerosas ocasiones. Hoy, una vez más, necesitamos su ayuda.

In recent months my mom Eduviges has had many issues with pain in her lower back that prevent her from walking properly. After a series of tests, the exact diagnosis is: Severe Spinal Stenosis

My mom needs surgery on her back, in which implants will be placed that will help stabilize her spine so she can resume her usual activities. Otherwise, eventually, my mom won't be able to walk anymore!

Unfortunately, the cost of the surgery is out of our reach. Although insurance covers part of the cost, we cannot cover the rest, in addition to post-surgery treatments so that she fully recovers and can walk again without pain.

Like many people we know, it's now our turn. We find ourselves in need to ask for collaboration from our family, friends and acquaintances.
