Please help me saving my business

Hello everyone, my name is Laura.
It is the first time that I find myself in this situation, and from what I can read around here there are people in very critical situations, but if you want to read me and / or help me, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I opened a business 4 months before we were confined in March 2020.
I have a furniture and decoration store in the province of Lleida in Catalonia.
With it I also try to reach people in different ways, such as holding workshops, talks of all kinds. We like to contribute to the community.
Post confinement was of great help to men and women who could not carry out activities
they used to do and I love it.
For me, it has never been a simple store, it is my project, my dream and my passion.
It was also a hope of family conciliation, since I have a 3-year-old boy who, because of working very hard since he was born, I could hardly see or enjoy, for that reason I decided to put his initials as the name of the store and gamble everything I had. to a letter for some day, if the business worked, to be able to spend more time with him.
In order to open the store, I had to take a mortgage from the bank and invest every penny of my savings. I have not had financial support, nor did they give us financing when we were confined, nor in all this time of transition that we are all suffering. Still we have struggled every day to survive and not close the doors. We have looked for bank financing (denied), online sales (not working), social networks, home deliveries, stock liquidation at prices below cost several times this year, whatever it takes to get ahead.

Perimeter lockdowns have lasted many months, too many and enough to ruin any small business. Once the state of alarm was over, when we had hopes that people would buy normally again, people have gone (normal) on vacation.

The point is that since January of this year we have barely sold anything due to all the restrictions, perimeter confinements, general crisis, surging competitive prices, and the global situation.

As a result, we have been generating debts at all levels, banking, suppliers, rent, electricity bills, water, garbage, etc. for 7 months.

We are fighting to get out of this situation since I have never owed anything to anyone, I have worked very hard all my life and this situation is out of my control, asking for donations was like an urgent option, but now it is.

The problem is that we already owe too much money and our suppliers, the owner of the premises, and others are threatening us with lawsuits, embargoes, etc.

The store, apart from being my dream, is my only means of support for myself and my family and for which I have worked tirelessly.

We have a critical economic situation at the moment, any contribution means a world for us.




I have always been to give to those who need it when I could and also when I have not enough.

I understand that when you do not know someone or their situation, the doubt assails you if it is really true or if they are going to spend it on what they have told you they are going to do. You want to give but be sure that it will be used correctly.

For my part I promise to clarify or demonstrate where the donated funds go.

Hola a todos, mi nombre es Laura.

 

Es la primera vez que me encuentro en esta situación, y por lo que puedo leer por aquí hay personas en situaciones muy críticas, pero si quieres leerme y/o ayudarme, lo agradezco de corazón.

 

Abrí un negocio 4 meses antes de que nos confinaran en Marzo de 2020.

 

Tengo una tienda de muebles y decoración en la provincia de Lleida en Cataluña.

Con ella también intento llegar a las personas de diferentes maneras, como realizando talleres,

charlas de todo tipo. Nos gusta aportar a la comunidad.

Post confinamiento fue de gran ayuda a hombres y mujeres que no podían realizar actividades

que solían hacer y a mi me encanta.

Para mí, nunca a sido un simple tienda, es mi proyecto, mi sueño y mi pasión.

También fue una esperanza de conciliación familiar, ya que tengo un pequeño de 3 años al que por trabajar muy duro desde que nació no pude apenas ver o disfrutar, por ese motivo decidí poner sus iniciales como nombre de la tienda y jugárme todo lo que tenía a una carta para algún día, si el negocio funcionaba, poder pasar más tiempo con él.

Para poder abrir la tienda tuve que hipotecarme con el banco e invertir cada centimo de mis ahorros. No he tenido apoyo económico, tampoco nos dieron financiación cuando estuvimos confinados, ni en todo este tiempo de transición que todos estamos sufriendo. Aún así hemos luchado cada día para sobrevivir y no cerrar las puertas. Hemos buscado financiación bancaria (denegada), venta online (no funciona),redes sociales, entregas a domicilio, liquidación de stocks a precios por debajo de coste varias veces este año, lo que fuera para salir adelante.

Los confinamientos perimetrales han durado muchos meses, demasiados y suficientes para arruinar a cualquier pequeño negocio. Una vez terminado el estado de alarma, cuando teníamos esperanzas de que la gente volviera a comprar con normalidad, la gente se ha marchado (normal) de vacaciones.

La cuestión es que desde Enero de este año apenas hemos vendido nada debido a todas las restricciones, confinamientos perimetrales, crisis general, precios de la competencia rebentados, y la situación global.

A raíz de eso llevamos 7 meses generando deudas a todos los niveles, bancarios, proveedores, alquiler, facturas luz, agua, basuras, etc.

Estamos luchando para salir de esta situación ya que nunca le he debido nada a nadie, he trabajado muy duro toda mi vida y esta situación está fuera de mi control, pedir donaciones era como una opción de urgencia, pero ahora lo es.

El problema es que ya debemos demasiado dinero y nuestros proveedores, amo del local, y otros nos están amenazando con juicios, embargos etc.

La tienda a parte de ser mi sueño es mi único medio de sustento para mi y mi familia y por lo que me he esforzado incansablemente.

Tenemos una situación económica crítica en este momento, cualquier aportación significa un mundo para nosotros.

 

Siempre he sido de dar a quien lo necesita cuando he podido y también cuando no me ha sobrado.

Entiendo que cuando no conoces a alguien o su situación te asalte la duda si realmente es cierto o se lo va a gastar en lo que te ha dicho que va a hacer. Quieres dar pero estar seguro de que va ser empleado correctamente.

Por mi parte me comprometo a aclarar o demostrar dónde van los fondos donados.
