¡Hola! me llamo Muriel Andreu. Estoy organizando el primer festival por la visibilidad trans de Madrid. Se trata de un evento de artes multidiscipinares que tiene como objetivo dar visibilidad a personas transgénero a través de su arte. El festival estará compuesto por las siguientes disciplinas:
-Conciertos
-Recitales de poesía
-Exposición de artes gráficas (dibujo, fanzines, ilustración...)
-Fotografía
-Performances
-Conferencias y talleres
Pero, para poder llevarlo a cabo con los medios necesarios, NECESITAMOS TU AYUDA. Este festival es uno de los primeros eventos dedicado exclusivamente a dar visibilidad a artistas trans en Madrid, y hay muchas personas colaborando en él de forma activa, con muchas ganas de participar y de mostrarse al mundo como realmente son. El colectivo trans es el más vulnerable e invisibilizado dentro del colectivo LGTB+. Es hora de que se respeten otras identidades (binarias y no binarias). Queremos visibilidad, necesitamos referentes, no podemos permitir más transfobia, enebefobia y patologización.
Con tu donación les artistas podrán cobrar por su trabajo, y se podrán cubrir gastos organizativos.
Además, si se llega a la meta de 1500€ o más, a partir de los 1200€ lo recaudado irá destinado a personas transgénero que necesiten fondos para su operación.
Si se llega al objetivo, el dinero recaudado irá destinado a:
-Pagar a les artistas
-Proporcionar comida y bebida durante el festival
-Gastos de organización y de materiales (equipo de sonido, luces etc).
-Donación al espacio donde se realizará (si se trata de un espacio autogestionado)
Con tu donación, ¡recibirás un correo de agradecimiento y tu nombre aparecerá en la sección de colaboradores en la página web!
¿CUÁNDO?
El festival se desarrollará en octubre de 2019 durante los días 18 y 19. Los horarios específicos son los siguientes:
Viernes 18: de 17h a 21h
Sábado 19: de 12h a 21h

Hello! My name is Muriel Andreu. I am leading the first festival for the wider visibility of transgender people in Madrid, Spain. It is an interdisciplinary arts event which pretends to give visibility to transgender people through their art. The festival will consist of the following disciplines:
-Concerts
-Poetry recitals
-Graphic arts exhibition (drawing, funzines, illustration,...)
-Photography
-Performances
-Conferences and workshops
But, to make it possible, WE NEED YOUR HELP. This festival would be one of the first events dedicated exclusively to give visibility to trans artists in Madrid, and there are many people collaborating in it actively, eager to participate and to show the world as they really are. The Transgender collective is the most vulnerable one at the LGTB+ collective. It's the time to respect other identities (binary and non-binary). We want visibility, we need references, we cannot allow more transphobia, NBphobia and pathologization.
With your donation we could pay the artists and cover organizational expenses
In addition, if we reach the goal of 1500 € or more, from 1200€ we will donate the money to transgender people who need funds for their operation.
If we reach the minimun, t
he money raised will go for a:
-Pay the artists
-Provide food and drink during the festival
-Costs of organization and materials (sound system, lights etc).
-Donation to the space where it will take place (if it is a self-managed space)
Besides, with your donation, you will receive a thank you email and your name will appear in the section of partners on the website!
WHEN?
The festival will be held in October of 2019 for two days (Friday and Saturday).
HOW?
This project is part of my Master thesis in Evaluation and Management of Cultural Heritage at the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. This is still a theoretical project, but with your support we can make it happen! In less than a week we have already managed to 188 followers on Instagram and have already contacted me around 30 artists! In addition, we already have some confirmed spaces.
