Hello, this is my 11-year-old daughter, Melanie. She needs surgery for ureteral reimplantation (the small tube connecting the kidney to the bladder) as well as other procedures.

Her kidneys are being affected; her left kidney has Grade IV hydroureteronephrosis and is severely damaged from overworking. Her bladder isn't emptying completely—28% of the urine remains and flows back toward the kidney, which is causing the damage.

Sus riñones se están viendo afectados, su riñón izquierdo tiene hidroureteronefrozis grado IV está muy dañado por estar trabajando de más, su vejiga no está desechando toda la orina se está quedando un 28% y se está regresando al riñón por eso se está viendo afectado.
