Hola, mi nombre es Sophia Sing Silva, tengo 11 años, vivo en Managua, Nicaragua, y desde que tengo 4 años mi gran sueño ha sido el fútbol.

Aunque empecé jugando básquetbol

porque no había equipo de fútbol para mi edad, nunca dejé de entrenar y buscar oportunidades. Con esfuerzo y constancia, una entrenadora reconoció mi talento y, aun siendo más pequeña que mis compañeras, me invitó a formar parte del equipo de fútbol de mi colegio.

En 2025 ganamos tres trofeos, y tuve la maravillosa oportunidad de participar en dos campamentos de alto nivel: uno del Valencia CF y otro de DNA Soccer, una academia española que detecta talentos internacionales. Entre más de 70 niños y jóvenes de 10 a 18 años, fui seleccionada como una de los 20 niños invitados a entrenar en España.

Gracias a ese logro obtuve una beca parcial para participar en julio de 2026 en la Donosti Cup, uno de los torneos juveniles más importantes de Europa. Sin embargo, mi familia no puede cubrir el costo total del viaje.

Hello, my name is Sophia Sing Silva, I am 11 years old, I live in Managua, Nicaragua, and since I was 4 years old, my biggest dream has been soccer.

Although I started playing basketball because there wasn't a soccer team for my age, I never stopped training and looking for opportunities. With effort and perseverance, a coach recognized my talent and, even though I was younger than my teammates, invited me to join my school's soccer team.

In 2025, we won three trophies, and I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in two high-level camps: one with Valencia CF and another with DNA Soccer, a Spanish academy that identifies international talent. Out of more than 70 children and teenagers aged 10 to 18, I was selected as one of the 20 children invited to train in Spain.

Thanks to that achievement, I received a partial scholarship to participate in the Donosti Cup in July 2026, one of the most important youth tournaments in Europe. However, my family cannot cover the full cost of the trip.
