Hola, mi nombre es Ximena Zúñiga, y estoy atravesando uno de los momentos más difíciles de mi vida.

Fui diagnosticada con un angioma cavernoso en la médula cervical, una malformación vascular poco común que ha comprometido gravemente mi movilidad y calidad de vida. Esta condición no solo ha afectado mi salud física, sino también mi independencia, mi estabilidad emocional y mi capacidad para cuidar de lo más valioso que tengo: mis dos hijas.

Ellas son mi motor, mi razón de seguir adelante. Mi mayor objetivo es recuperarme para poder estar presente en su vida como se merecen. Quiero volver a abrazarlas con fuerza, acompañarlas, correr con ellas y vivir plenamente a su lado.

La cirugía ya ha sido confirmada: es una intervención de alto riesgo, con posibilidad de secuelas graves si no se realiza a tiempo y bajo condiciones adecuadas. Después de la operación, me espera un proceso largo, complejo e intensivo de rehabilitación física y neurológica, que será clave para recuperar funciones y mejorar mi calidad de vida.

¿Cómo se utilizarán los fondos?

Los fondos recaudados serán destinados a cubrir:

• El costo de la cirugía especializada

• Medicamentos postoperatorios y tratamientos médicos

• Consultas médicas y estudios de seguimiento

• Transporte a centros de rehabilitación

• Terapias físicas y neurológicas intensivas

This condition has impacted not only my physical health but also my independence, emotional stability, and ability to care for the most precious part of my life: my two daughters.

They are my strength and the reason I keep fighting. My greatest goal is to recover so I can be present in their lives the way they deserve. I want to hold them tightly again, run with them, and live life to the fullest by their side.

My surgery is now confirmed. It is a high-risk procedure with the possibility of severe long-term complications if not performed in time and under proper care. After the surgery, I will face a long, difficult, and intensive rehabilitation process that will be essential for regaining function and improving my quality of life.

How will the funds be used?
