En octubre de 2024 me diagnosticaron leucemia. Desde entonces, mi vida cambió por completo. He pasado por un proceso duro de quimioterapias y radioterapias y, el 10 de abril de 2025, recibí un trasplante de médula ósea.
Hoy, un año después del trasplante, sigo en recuperación y en tratamiento de inmunosupresión, lo que me impide trabajar y hacer una vida normal. A todo esto se le suma una situación económica muy complicada.
Actualmente debería estar recibiendo el Ingreso Mínimo Vital, pero debido a un error administrativo con la Seguridad Social, llevo más de 5 meses sin cobrar nada. Mi caso está en revisión por un tribunal médico, y mientras tanto, no tengo ningún ingreso.
Durante este tiempo he sobrevivido gracias a la ayuda de amigos, que me han ido prestando dinero para poder cubrir gastos básicos como comida, luz, agua y mi medicación diaria, que es imprescindible para mi salud.
Esto también ha generado deudas que ahora no puedo afrontar. Además, mi madre también está en una situación delicada y no puede trabajar, y no contamos con apoyo familiar que nos pueda ayudar en estos momentos.
Por eso he decidido crear esta campaña. No es fácil pedir ayuda, pero ahora mismo la necesito de verdad. Cualquier aportación, por pequeña que sea, me ayudará a poder cubrir mis gastos básicos y a sobrellevar esta etapa hasta que mi situación se regularice.

Hello, I'm Rubén Huguet, I'm 24 years old and I live in Valencia, Spain.
In October 2024 I was diagnosed with leukemia. Since then, my life has changed completely. I have gone through a hard process of chemotherapy and radiotherapy and, on April 10, 2025, I received a bone marrow transplant.

Currently I should be receiving the Minimum Living Income, but due to an administrative error with Social Security, I have not received anything for more than 5 months. My case is under review by a medical court, and in the meantime, I have no income.
During this time I have survived thanks to the help of friends, who have been lending me money to cover basic expenses such as food, electricity, water and my daily medication, which is essential for my health.
This has also generated debts that I can't face now. In addition, my mother is also in a delicate situation and cannot work, and we do not have family support that can help us at this time.
That's why I decided to create this campaign. It's not easy to ask for help, but right now I really need it. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help me to cover my basic expenses and to cope with this stage until my situation is regularized.
