Hola, soy Carlos Perez y necesito de tu ayuda
El día 10 de Octubre del 2018, mi vida cambio para siempre, sufrí un infarto cerebral hemorrágico de mi arteria cerebral media, el cual ha provocado muchos nuevos retos, pulmonías, operaciones, terapias muy dolorosas para poder mover mi brazo y pierna izquierda, y una parálisis (hemiplejía) en todo el lado izquierdo de mi cuerpo, y lo que más me ha afectado, las temidas y dolorosas convulsiones.
Desde abril del 2019, 6 meses después del ACV he tenido muchas convulsiones, y debido a ello debo tomar una gran dosis de medicamentos para minimizar el riesgo de sufrirlas. Sin embargo, eso no ha sido posible. He tenido que vivir y soportar mucho dolor y he perdido ya muchas veces mis avances en la terapia física, por no lograr detener la aparición de las mismas. y el deterioro físico que dejan a su paso.
Este ultimo año, ha sido muy duro para mí y mi familia, sobre todo para mis dos hijos adolescentes, he trabajado todos los días por mi recuperación para lograr ser independiente otra vez. En este momento de mi vida, necesito un tratamiento que puede apoyarme en esta meta, es el tratamiento Periespinal con Etanercept creado para recuperar a pacientes de accidentes cerebrovasculares y lesiones cerebrales crónicas, en el Institute of Neurological Recovery (Boca Ratón). El cual consta de inyecciones, que debo comenzar ya esta 2da semana de Mayo 2020.

Hi, I am Carlos Perez and I need your help.
On October 10th, 2018 my life changed forever due to a hemorrhagic stroke in the middle cerebral artery, which has resulted in many new physical and emotional challenges, pneumonia, surgeries, very painful therapies to be able to move my left arm and leg again, and paralysis (hemiplegia) throughout the left side of my body, and what has affected me the most, the dreaded and painful seizures.
Since April 2019, 6 months after the stroke, I started having these frequent and strong seizures that led me to take a large dose of anticonvulsants without much success in reducing their appearance but instead providing a long list of side effects. For this condition, I have had to live and endure a lot of pain and due to the physical deterioration that these seizures leave behind I have lost many times my advances in physical therapy.
This last year has been very hard for my family and me, especially for my two teenage children. I have worked every day for my recovery to become independent again. At this point in my life, I need a treatment that can support me in this goal; so I have my hopes on the Perispinal Etanercept treatment created to recover patients from strokes and chronic brain injuries, at the Institute of Neurological Recovery (Boca Raton) which consists of injections, which I must start this 2nd week of May 2020.
Having access to this treatment is going to be a blessing, as it will help me change my life and achieve MY BIGGEST DREAM: eliminate seizures, pain and being able to walk and be productive again. I am a young man, worker and a good father, who wants to live again.
