Hola, hoy me encuentro pasando por uno de los momentos más dolorosos: la despedida de mi perrito Brooklyn, quien fue mi compañero fiel, mi apoyo y parte de mi familia durante varios años.

Brooklyn falleció de manera inesperada durante un traslado de Texas a Florida. Tomé esta decisión pensando en el bienestar de ambos, porque no podía dedicarle el tiempo que merecía. La idea era que se quedara con mi familia por unos meses mientras yo me reorganizaba para regresar juntos a Nueva York. Todo lo hice desde el amor y buscando lo mejor para él.

Nunca imaginé que este proceso terminaría así.. Lamentablemente, el seguro de transporte se negó a cubrir cualquier gasto relacionado con su despedida, dejándome con una carga económica que en este momento no puedo asumir.

El valor de la cremación y el proceso de despedida de Brooklyn es de aproximadamente $800, y debido a la situación económica que estoy atravesando actualmente, no tengo la posibilidad de cubrir este monto por mi cuenta.

Crear este GoFundMe no es fácil para mí, pero lo hago con humildad y desde el corazón, para poder darle a Brooklyn la despedida digna y amorosa que merece. Cualquier aporte, por pequeño que sea significa muchísimo para mí.

Hello, today I am going through one of the most painful moments of my life: saying goodbye to my beloved dog Brooklyn, who was my loyal companion, my support, and a true part of my family for many years.

Brooklyn passed away unexpectedly during a transfer from Texas to Florida. I made this decision thinking about the well-being of both of us, as I was unable to give him the time and attention he truly deserved at that moment. The plan was for him to stay with my family for a few months while I reorganized everything so we could reunite and return together to New York. Everything I did came from love and the intention of giving him the best.

I never imagined this process would end this way. Unfortunately, the transport insurance refused to cover any expenses related to his passing, leaving me with a financial burden that I am currently unable to carry.

The cost of Brooklyn’s cremation and farewell process is approximately $800, and due to the financial situation I am facing right now, I am not able to cover this amount on my own.

Creating this GoFundMe is not easy for me, but I do so humbly and from the bottom of my heart, to be able to give Brooklyn the dignified and loving goodbye he deserves. Any contribution, no matter how small, means so much to me.
