ETA - Ayuda para Albania López y familia

Hay cosas que no vemos venir y nos cambian la vida para siempre en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.

La situación en todo el mundo ha sido muy difícil después de estar lidiando con el Covid 19, nuestro país lleva 8 meses de confinamiento selectivo, por lo cual nuestra economía se ha visto totalmente golpeada, lo que conllevó a que la empresa en la cual mi prima laboraba cerrara operaciones dejándola sin trabajo.

Sumado a eso, el pasado 4 de noviembre, la depresión tropical Eta provocó graves inundaciones y derrumbes por fuertes lluvias en Honduras; causando que muchas familias sufrieron la pérdida total de sus casas.

Lamentablemente, la casa de mis primos y mis tíos en La Lima, Cortés, no fue la excepción; el agua llegó a más de la mitad de la casa y la presión del agua botó televisores, refrigeradora, estufa, lavadora, etcétera. Destruyendo el patrimonio que con tanto esfuerzo y sacrificio, a través de los años, habían logrado construir.

Las paredes de la casa se agrietaron por la fuerza del agua, las recámaras de mis tíos y primos se quebraron, los colchones se mojaron completamente, perdieron toda su ropa y zapatos; al punto de que no se pudo recuperar nada.

Sabemos lo difícil que es recuperar un patrimonio que tardo más de 20 años en construirse, por lo cual en esta ocasión he decidido crear una iniciativa para pedirles su ayuda, se que todos estamos viviendo una situación sumamente difícil en el país, pero se que con la ayuda de los unos a los otros, vamos a salir adelante. Mis tíos son personas sumamente buenas, trabajadoras y esforzadas, y por lo tanto, se merecen todo nuestro amor y apoyo en estos momentos tan duros.

El dinero recolectado se utilizará para la limpieza general de la casa, la restauración de paredes y portones. Se tendrá que buscar personal técnico para evaluación y reparación del sistema eléctrico, tuberías de agua potable y de aguas negras, pintura, así como, la reparación de puertas y restitución de electrodomésticos básicos en el uso de la casa.

Nada de lo qué pasó nos detendrá para seguir ayudando a nuestros hermanos hondureños y para nosotros ninguna ayuda es poca, al contrario, significa una nueva esperanza y un nuevo comienzo para mi familia.

Unfortunately, my cousins ​​house and my uncles in La Lima, Cortés, was no exception; the water reached more than half of the house and the water pressure knocked out televisions, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, and so on. Destroying the heritage that with so much effort and sacrifice, over the years, they had managed to build.


The walls of the house cracked due to the force of the water, my uncles and cousins bedroom ​​broke, the mattresses got completely wet, they lost all their clothes and shoes; to the point that nothing could be recovered.

We know how difficult it is to recover a heritage that took more than 20 years to build, so this time I have decided to create an initiative to ask for your help, I know that we are all living an extremely difficult situation in the country, but I know that helping each other, we will move forward. My uncles are extremely good and hard-working people, and therefore they deserve all our love and support in these difficult times.

The money collected will be used for the general cleaning of the house, the restoration of walls and gates. Technical personnel will have to be sought for evaluation and repair of the electrical system, water system and sewage pipes, painting, as well as the repair of doors and replacement of basic electrical appliances in the use of the house.

None of what happened will stop us to continue helping our Honduran brothers and for us no help is little, on the contrary, it means a new hope and a new beginning for my family.
