Mi mamá llegó a los Estados Unidos en el año 2022 con la intención de salir adelante y construir un mejor futuro. Desde entonces, ha sido una persona responsable y respetuosa de la ley. Nunca ha tenido ningún récord criminal y siempre ha cumplido con todas sus citas y presentaciones anuales con ICE, demostrando su compromiso de hacer las cosas correctamente.

Lamentablemente, el pasado 20 de febrero fue detenida de manera injusta, a pesar de haber seguido todo el proceso como se le indicó. Esta situación nos tomó completamente por sorpresa y ha sido muy difícil para toda nuestra familia.

Desde ese momento, hemos estado luchando para poder ayudarla legalmente, pero los gastos de abogados son extremadamente altos. Hemos hecho todo lo posible como familia, pero nuestros recursos ya se han agotado.

Por esta razón, acudimos a ustedes con el corazón en la mano. Cualquier ayuda, por pequeña que sea, nos permitirá continuar con su defensa legal y luchar por su libertad.

Mi mamá es una mujer luchadora, una madre ejemplar y una persona que no merece estar pasando por esta situación.

My mother came to the United States in 2022 in search of a better future. Since then, she has been a responsible, hardworking, and law-abiding person. She has no criminal record and has always complied with all her required annual check-ins with ICE, showing her commitment to following the process correctly.

Unfortunately, on February 20th, she was unjustly detained despite doing everything that was asked of her. This situation has been completely unexpected and devastating for our entire family.

Since then, we have been doing everything possible to support her legal case, but the cost of legal representation is extremely high. We have exhausted our financial resources trying to fight for her, and we can no longer keep up with these expenses on our own.
