My name is Manuel Medina Aguilera, I am 39 years old, and today I am reaching out for support during one of the most challenging moments of my life.

I was diagnosed with severe kidney failure, functioning at around 4%. My health changed drastically in a very short time, and since then I have needed tests, medications, constant evaluations, and dialysis to stay stable.

I am currently receiving dialysis at Hospital MAC in Aguascalientes, Mexico, and I am now preparing for a kidney transplant, which IS NECESSARY for me to survive and regain my health.

Medical expenses have become overwhelming and continue to increase:

Mi nombre es Manuel Medina Aguilera, tengo 39 años, y hoy necesito pedir apoyo en uno de los momentos más difíciles de mi vida.

Fui diagnosticado con insuficiencia renal severa, con una función cercana al 4%. Mi salud cambió drásticamente en muy poco tiempo y desde entonces he necesitado estudios, medicamentos, consultas constantes y hemodiálisis para mantenerme estable.

Actualmente estoy recibiendo hemodiálisis en el Hospital MAC Aguascalientes, y estoy en proceso de preparación para un trasplante de riñón, el cual ES NECESARIO para salvar mi vida y recuperar mi salud.

Los gastos médicos se han vuelto muy altos y continúan aumentando:

• Consultas de nefrología

• Estudios especializados

• Medicamentos

• Traslados

• Procedimientos

• Preparación y proceso del trasplante renal

Por eso recurro con humildad a quienes puedan apoyarme.
