Help for the additional surgical costs for Ricky Vargas

Hello!

I am Emali Graham Higuera and I am starting this Go Fund Me page to help our dear friends Ana y Ricky Vargas to cover the extra costs of Ricky's kidney transplant which has become complicated due to a blood clot and is requiring extra surgeries.

Ana and Ricky have been married for four and a half years. Just after they were married Ricky started feeling very sick and was diagnosed with kidney failure. He has been through so much in the last four years, receiving dialysis three times a week, blood pressure problems, whole body cramps, low energy, high medical costs, and the list goes on and on.

Ricky has been so strong though all of this and has kept his faith. They have even built a beautiful worship ministry together that has reached countless people around the world!

A year ago they received an amazing miracle of a beautiful baby boy named Samuel!

Ricky is an amazing dad but was asking the Lord to make him whole so that he can have the strength to carry and play with his baby.

The lord answered that prayer with an incredibly generous donation to receive his kidney transplant and his brother Aaron said he would love to donate his kidney to Ricky!! The surgery took place on July 11th 2025.

Unfortunately there were complications after the surgery and a blood clot cut off the blood flow to the new kidney and his right leg.

He is now having to have several more procedures as a result:

first procedure: to save his leg and the kidney.

Next procedure: to try to find out why the kidney isn't receiving enough blood flow and possibly having to do a "retransplant" or move the kidney to the other side of his body.

All of this is causing very high costs that were not accounted for or covered with the first donation and because of this they need our help!
