Help Bring My Mom Home from Poland to Colombia

My name is Eliana, I am 18 years old and I live in the United States. Just a few days ago, my world changed forever. My mom passed away in a tragic car accident in Poland. She had only gone there with the hope of fulfilling a dream, and just two days later, while she was traveling as a passenger, the car crashed into a tree and she did not survive.

My mom was not only my mother, but also my best friend, my biggest support, and the person who always gave me strength. Our relationship was very close. Even though life was not always easy, she always sacrificed to give me better opportunities and a brighter future. Everything I am today is because of her love, her effort, and her strength.

Now, far from home and at such a young age, I am facing the difficult task of bringing my mom back to Colombia so we can say goodbye and lay her to rest as she deserves. The cost of repatriating her body from Poland is very high and beyond my financial possibilities.

Ayuda para traer a mi mamá desde Polonia a Colombia

Mi nombre es Eliana, tengo 18 años y vivo en Estados Unidos. Hace apenas unos días, mi mundo cambió para siempre, mi mamá falleció en un trágico accidente automovilístico en Polonia. Ella solo había llegado allí con la ilusión de cumplir un sueño, y dos días después, cuando iba como pasajera en una vía en esa ciudad, el carro impactó contra un árbol y ella no sobrevivió.

Mi mamá no era solo mi madre, sino también mi mejor amiga, mi mayor apoyo y la persona que siempre me dio fuerzas. Nuestra relación era muy estrecha. Aunque la vida no siempre fue fácil, ella siempre se sacrificó para darme oportunidades y un futuro mejor. Todo lo que soy hoy se lo debo a su amor, su esfuerzo y su fuerza.

Ahora, lejos de casa y siendo yo tan joven, me enfrento a la difícil tarea de llevar a mi mamá de vuelta a Colombia para despedirla como se merece. El costo de repatriar su cuerpo desde Polonia es muy alto y supera mis posibilidades económicas.
