Hola, mi nombre es Jorge y estoy pidiendo ayuda para mi mamá, quien lo perdió todo durante las fuertes inundaciones que afectaron a Poza Rica, Veracruz, el día de ayer 10 de Octubre 2025.

La lluvia fue tan intensa que en pocas horas su casa se inundó por completo. El agua arrasó con todo: muebles, ropa, electrodomésticos, documentos, recuerdos... Todo quedó bajo el agua.

A pesar del dolor por lo perdido, estoy agradecido porque ella está con vida y a salvo. Pero hoy, se enfrenta a una situación muy difícil: sin un techo seguro, sin pertenencias básicas y sin recursos para empezar de nuevo.

Mi mamá es una mujer fuerte, trabajadora, que ha dado todo por su familia. Y ahora me toca a mí tratar de devolverle un poco de todo ese amor y apoyo que siempre nos ha dado. Estoy organizando esta campaña para poder ayudarla con lo más urgente: alimentos, ropa, artículos de higiene, un colchón donde dormir, y poco a poco, comenzar a reconstruir su hogar.

Sé que los tiempos no son fáciles para nadie, pero cualquier donación, por pequeña que sea, hará una gran diferencia. Y si no puedes donar, compartir esta campaña también nos ayuda muchísimo.

Hello, my name is Jorge and I am asking for help for my mother, who lost everything during the severe floods that affected Poza Rica, Veracruz, yesterday, October 10, 2025.

The rain was so intense that within a few hours her house was completely flooded. The water swept away everything: furniture, clothes, appliances, documents, memories... Everything was under water.

Despite the pain of what was lost, I am grateful that she is alive and safe. But today, she faces a very difficult situation: without a safe roof over her head, without basic belongings, and without the resources to start over.

My mom is a strong, hard-working woman who has given everything for her family. And now it's my turn to try to give her back some of all that love and support she has always given us. I am organizing this campaign to help her with the most urgent needs: food, clothing, hygiene items, a mattress to sleep on, and little by little, to begin rebuilding her home.
