Ayúdanos a apoyar a José Luis Vargas y a su familia

Hoy levantamos nuestra voz para apoyar a José Luis Vargas, hijo de la señora Linda Vargas, quien se encuentra actualmente detenido injustamente por ICE.

José Luis llegó a los Estados Unidos a los 14 años de manera legal. Desde entonces, este país ha sido su hogar. Aquí creció, se formó y aprendió el valor del trabajo honesto. Trabaja legalmente, ha cumplido con las leyes, no tiene récord criminal y siempre ha hecho las cosas bien, con respeto y responsabilidad.

A pesar de todo esto, hoy José Luis enfrenta una situación profundamente injusta que ha golpeado duramente a su familia, especialmente a su madre, quien vive días de angustia e incertidumbre sin su hijo.

Esta recaudación de fondos tiene como propósito ayudar a cubrir los altos gastos legales, la fianza, alimentación, llamadas, y todos los costos que conlleva una detención migratoria, gastos que se acumulan rápidamente y que una familia común no puede afrontar sola.

José Luis no es un criminal. Es un joven trabajador, con valores, sueños y una vida construida en este país. Hoy necesita de nuestra solidaridad para poder defenderse y tener la oportunidad justa de continuar con su vida y su trabajo.

Help Support José Luis Vargas and His Family

Today, we are reaching out to ask for support for José Luis Vargas, the son of Mrs. Linda Vargas, who is currently being unjustly detained by ICE.

José Luis arrived in the United States legally at the age of 14. Since then, this country has been his home. He grew up here, built his life, and learned the value of hard work and responsibility. He works legally, has always followed the law, has no criminal record, and has done everything right in this country.

Despite this, José Luis is now facing an incredibly unfair situation that has deeply affected his family, especially his mother, who is experiencing tremendous stress and uncertainty while her son remains detained.

This fundraiser has been created to help cover legal fees, bond costs, food, phone calls, and all the expenses that come with immigration detention—costs that add up quickly and place a heavy burden on any family.

José Luis is not a criminal. He is a hardworking young man with strong values, dreams, and a life built in the United States. Today, he needs our community’s support to defend himself and to have a fair opportunity to continue his life and work.
