Ayuda Para El Tratamiento De Cáncer De Páncreas De "Aniem"

Mi mamá, Ana Emma Camacho o "Aniem", como todos la llaman con cariño es una persona increíble, llena de vida y amor por su familia. Siempre ha estado presente cuando alguien la ha necesitado, ofreciendo su ayuda o su compañía sin pensarlo dos veces.

Desafortunadamente, hace tres meses fue diagnosticada con cáncer de páncreas. El estudio médico reveló una lesión ocupante de espacio en la cabeza del páncreas, de aspecto sólido, blando y vascularizado, con bordes irregulares y parcialmente definidos. Presenta áreas de menor densidad en su interior, que podrían corresponder a degeneración quística y/o necrosis.

La masa mide aproximadamente 4.4 x 3.6 x 3.4 cm (volumen estimado de 28.0 cc) y se extiende hasta la ampolla duodenal, provocando una importante dilatación del conducto de Wirsung, de las vías biliares intrahepáticas y del colédoco. Además, presenta oclusión total de los dos tercios distales del colédoco y cambios inflamatorios en la grasa peripancreática.

En el mes de febrero de 2025, mi mamá fue sometida a dos cirugías exitosas para eliminar la obstrucción en las vías biliares. Gracias a Dios, estas intervenciones permitieron estabilizar su condición.

Sin embargo, el siguiente paso en su recuperación es comenzar con el tratamiento de quimioterapia, lo cual representa un alto costo médico para nuestra familia. Es por eso que hoy acudimos a ustedes con humildad, solicitando su ayuda para poder brindarle a mi mamá la oportunidad de seguir luchando con dignidad y esperanza.

Help for Ana Emma Camacho’s Pancreatic Cancer Treatment

My mom, Ana Emma Camacho — or "Aniem," as everyone affectionately calls her — is an incredible woman, full of life and love for her family. One of her greatest qualities has always been her willingness to show up for others whenever help or simply her presence was needed.

Unfortunately, three months ago, she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Medical imaging revealed a mass in the head of her pancreas — solid, soft, and vascularized, with irregular and partially defined borders. It contains areas of lower density that may correspond to cystic degeneration and/or necrosis.

The mass measures approximately 4.4 x 3.6 x 3.4 cm (about 28.0 cc in volume) and extends to the duodenal ampulla. It causes significant dilation of the pancreatic duct (Wirsung), the intrahepatic bile ducts, and the proximal section of the common bile duct, along with total blockage of the distal two-thirds. There are also inflammatory changes in the surrounding fatty tissue.

In February 2025, my mom underwent two successful surgeries to relieve the obstruction in her bile ducts. Thanks to God and the doctors, the procedures were a success and helped stabilize her condition.

Now, she urgently needs to continue with chemotherapy to fight this disease — a process that comes with high medical costs. As a family, we’re doing everything we can, but we need help.
